Is there software to install?

No. Fantaztix is a cloud-based Platform as a Service (PaaS). You access it from any internet-connected device.

Do you charge per ticket?

No per-ticket charges or overages. Pricing is a fixed monthly subscription based on reservation volume. Note: Website customers pay a per-ticket surcharge that is added to their purchase. These reservations do not count toward your monthly usage.

What payment processing do you support?

Stripe payments are supported for online, keyed, or in-person card transactions.

Can resellers sell from our inventory?

Yes. Resellers can reserve directly from your inventory, select seats, and issue e-tickets to customers via the reseller portal/API.

Do you provide support and training?

Yes. As part of new venue onboarding, you and your staff will receive online or in-person training. Ongoing remote support/training is included by tier (1 hour/mo for Small, 2 hours/mo for Medium and Large).

Do you offer custom plans?

Yes. If you have less than 1,000 reservations/month or more than 14,000, contact us for custom pricing.
